Roasted Garlic and Sweet Onion Jam Chicken

This recipe can be made with boneless chicken or bone-in chicken. Season chicken with salt and pepper, and bake at 375-400 degrees until almost done. In the last 5 minutes of cooking time, add Roasted Garlic and Sweet Onion Jam (no more than ΒΌ cup per whole chicken), and continue baking until done. This Jam can be added to the chicken sooner in the cooking process, if the chicken cooks in a baking bag or is sealed in foil wrap. The Jam can also be added at the table.
