Fruity Yogurt Pie Tarts

This recipe uses a 6-pack of graham cracker crust tart shells, and any fruity flavor of Jams by Kim will make delicious tarts.

Any Strawberry Jams by Kim – ½ cup fresh strawberries for garnish, 1 1/4 cups lowfat yogurt, ¾ cup frozen whipped topping (thawed), 3 T any variety Jams by Kim Strawberry Jam. Set aside a few sliced berries for garnish. Fold together yogurt, whipped topping and jam. Place the remaining sliced berries in the bottom of each tart shell. Spoon the yogurt/jam mixture over the fruit and refrigerate for at least one hour (or overnight). Garnish with a few sliced berries, and serve. You can also double this recipe and use a full sized graham cracker crust.
