Love it, if you like that kick of heat this is the jam for you. Nice chunks of strawberry and it has that “WOW” factor of heat. As long as it doesn’t rain this coming Friday I will be at Rutgers Farm Market Ryder’s Lane East Brunswick to purchase another jar to bring to a friends. I haven’t opened the jar of Blueberry/Lemon but I did taste it at the market the day I bought it and that was also great tasting. Thanks Kim I will be back!!!!!

Taylor is absolutely right, if you like heat, this jam has your name ALL over it! First it’s sweet then you get that kick of heat that keeps you coming back for more. I’ve only had it on crackers so far but I can’t wait to see what kind of pairings I can do with this flavorful jam!

I found this at the Summit Farmers Market and was bowled over by the “sweet/hot” combo. It’s one of the most unique flavors I’ve ever tasted in a jam. In a word, excellent.
